Overview
Dongfeng Singapore is a modern automotive website designed to present the brand, vehicle lineup, electric mobility offering, services, news, and customer experience through a highly visual digital platform.
The website was built around a clear automotive journey — allowing visitors to discover vehicles, explore their features, understand the benefits of switching to EVs, learn about the brand, read the latest news, and take action through prominent Book a Test Drive calls-to-action.
The experience combines large-scale automotive imagery, structured vehicle presentations, editorial content, promotional sections, and conversion-focused interactions to create a modern digital presence that reflects Dongfeng’s technology-driven positioning.
The entire website was developed using WordPress and Elementor Pro, with each major section carefully structured to maintain visual consistency, responsive behaviour, and an engaging browsing experience across devices.

Key Challenges
01 — Presenting a Large Automotive Product Range
The website needed to showcase multiple vehicle models while giving each model enough visual presence and supporting information. Creating a clear structure for the vehicle lineup without overwhelming visitors was a key challenge.
02 — Creating a Premium Automotive Experience
Automotive websites depend heavily on imagery, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. The challenge was to create a sophisticated interface that allowed the vehicles and brand photography to remain the primary focus while maintaining a clean and modern user experience.
03 — Balancing Visual Impact With Performance
Large vehicle photography, banners, promotional visuals, news images, and media-rich sections can significantly affect page performance. The experience needed to remain visually impressive while keeping the interface smooth and practical to use.
04 — Designing Around Conversion
The website’s purpose extends beyond simply presenting information. Visitors need clear paths toward actions such as exploring models, learning about services, and booking a test drive. These conversion points had to be integrated naturally throughout the experience.
05 — Structuring a Content-Rich Homepage
The homepage combines awards, vehicle lineup, EV benefits, company history, promotional imagery, latest news, newsletter signup, and supporting information. Creating a strong visual rhythm between these very different content types required careful layout planning.
06 — Maintaining Consistency Across the Website
With multiple sections and content categories, maintaining consistent typography, spacing, buttons, cards, imagery, and responsive behaviour was essential. Elementor Pro provided a flexible foundation for building and maintaining this visual system.
Our Approach
01 — Start With the Brand

We began by translating Dongfeng’s automotive identity into a strong visual direction built around bold typography, high-impact imagery, structured layouts, and clear calls-to-action.
02 — Design Around the Vehicle

The vehicle lineup became one of the central elements of the experience. Large imagery, concise descriptions, and clear navigation were used to make vehicle discovery simple while giving each model enough visual impact.
03 — Build a Clear User Journey

The website was structured around the way a potential customer naturally explores an automotive brand:
Discover → Explore Models → Understand Features → Build Confidence → Book a Test Drive
This journey influenced the placement of navigation, vehicle sections, supporting information, and CTAs throughout the website.
04 — Use Elementor Pro as a Flexible Design System

The website was developed using Elementor Pro, allowing complex layouts and reusable design patterns to be created efficiently. Sections, columns, typography, buttons, cards, image treatments, and responsive layouts were carefully configured to maintain consistency throughout the site.
05 — Create Strong Content Hierarchy

Different types of content were given different visual treatments. Hero imagery creates immediate impact, vehicle cards support discovery, dark feature sections create contrast, editorial blocks communicate brand history, and news cards encourage deeper exploration.
06 — Optimise the Experience Across Devices

Every major section was adapted for different screen sizes, ensuring that the visual hierarchy, vehicle imagery, navigation, buttons, cards, and content remained usable and visually consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
